The same seed,
many gardens.
One device. One trusted Core. What changes is the nutrient — a Professional package that tunes the same honest seed for a particular calling. The hands holding it change. The integrity underneath never does.
What follows is a vision, not a catalogue.
These scenes are envisioned futures — renders of where the work is headed, not products you can buy today. The device is real and in development. The nutrients below are the gardens we intend to grow.
Core is the foundation — free, open, always the same. It is the part that makes any small model honest, careful, and trust-aware. Companion is the personal helper that ships in the device. Professional is the Companion scaled for a vocation, and a nutrient is how that scaling happens: a package of knowledge, tools, and tuning poured into the same soil so the seed grows toward a specific kind of work.
A field medic and a student hold the identical device. What differs is the nutrient feeding it — and never the honesty beneath. That is the whole promise: the calling changes, the character does not.

FieldMercy
Where there is no signal and no cloud, the helper still works. A medic in a camp or a tent carries the whole intelligence on her chest — triage references, dosage checks, translation — running on the device itself. Patient details never leave the unit. The most private data in the world stays in the room it was spoken in.

CarePartner
In a clinic, privacy is not a feature — it is the relationship. A practitioner can hand the patient a device that listens, explains, and remembers, knowing nothing said will be sold, leaked, or trained on. The intelligence belongs to the practice, not to a platform. Private. Personal. Yours.

DeepLens
On a dig, in a cave, at the far edge of the map — the work happens where the network does not reach. A researcher can think aloud to a helper that holds the reference library, logs the observations, and keeps the field notes, all on the device, all offline. The findings stay the researcher's own until they choose to publish.

WonderTeacher
A tutor that teaches without telling. WonderTeacher asks before it answers, points toward the reasoning rather than handing over the conclusion, and grades honestly. It is built to make a student more able to think — not more dependent on the tool. The kind of help that leaves you stronger than it found you.

TrailWarden
Off-grid and far from help, the helper is still there. Navigation sense, first-aid guidance, a companion to think out loud with on a long walk — all running on the device, no bars required. The wilderness is exactly where a cloud-bound assistant fails and a local one earns its place.

Engraved, on a workbench
in Norway.
The scenes above are where we are going. This is where we are: a real prototype, engraved by hand, sitting next to the Raspberry Pi it runs on. The mark on the faceplate already says the only promise that matters.
Your device. Your AI. Your data.
Core stays free and open, for everyone. The nutrients are the Professional tier — how the company sustains itself by serving specific callings well. Every one of them grows from the same seed, and the seed is honest before it is anything else.
The calling changes.
The character does not.
